First, to get started with the University portal you need to click the University website.  which is ouac.on.ca  Once you click the link you will be brought to an interface, where you are asked if this is your first of logging into the school’s website that you need to create an account.  then am going, to guide you now on how you can create an account. If you are already on the website you will see first the dropdown he next is an open space that demands your user name and the password. if you are an old user you can head over to type your user name and the password then hit the log in button. BOOM! you are on the school’s accounts website.  Now you have all the opportunity to enjoy all the features that are open to the students of the university.  

But if you are a new user then you have to hit the create account button and then continue with the instruction of filling in the form. The information to filing the form bare the following:

Confirm  the email address:

Create a user name and password:

Confirm your Password:

Then after this, you need agree with the terms and conditions.

The Ontario Universities Application Centre presents: How to Create Your OUAC Account – For Current Ontario High School Students. (OUAC How-to Video #1)

Welcome to the Ontario Universities Application Centre website: www.ouac.on.ca. This video will show you how to create your OUAC Account and log in to your 101 application for the first time.

Note:

To complete this process, you will need your application access codes.

To log in to your 101 application, select “UNDERGRAD (101)” for current Ontario high school students.

Review the 101 criteria to make sure you are using the right application. If you have any questions, contact your guidance counselor.

Review the Application Guide and the side menus. Both contain helpful resources and instructions to guide you through the application process.

If you have your access codes and meet the 101 criteria, click “Go to Application”.

If this is your first time applying to an Ontario university, you will need to create your OUAC Account.

To create your OUAC Account, fill in your personal information – name, date of birth, and email address.

Make sure you enter a valid email address. Email is the primary method of communication for the universities and the OUAC. See also PBeBank Sign up

Note:

Check your inbox regularly so you do not miss important updates from the OUAC and your university choices.

Once you have created your OUAC Account, we will send you an email to verify your email address.

You will not be able to submit your application until you verify your email address, so check your inbox when you are done creating your Account.

Note:

If you do not receive an email, go to “Contact Information” in your application and click “Re-send Verification Email”.

Next, create a username that is personal and easy for you to remember.

Create a password that is between 7 and 30 characters. Your password must include An upper case character, a number, and a symbol.

You can log in to all OUAC applications with this username and password.

Review the Terms and Conditions.

Then, click “Create My OUAC Account”.

Next, enter the information about your high school.

For the Last Month of Classes, enter the year and month when you will finish the school year.

Enter your access codes to confirm your identity. Your school will provide you with your access codes. Contact your guidance counselor if you do not have them.

Remember, the PIN is case-sensitive, so make sure you type it exactly as it was provided to you.

Read the Welcome page carefully, as it contains tips to help you get started. It also has information from the OUAC’s Privacy Statement that you need to read before you submit your application.

You are now logged in to your 101 application.

update your username or password at any time by going to “My OUAC Account” in the side menu.

How can I find out which documents the OUAC Lovingly received to support my application?

Applications:

Law (OLSAS), Medical (OMSAS), Rehab Sciences (ORPAS) Categories: During Application.
You can monitor when your processed documents (e.g., transcripts, online references) are received with the “Document Tracking” feature in your application.

The receipt of miscellaneous documents is not displayed in Document Tracking.

If you are concerned about whether we received a miscellaneous document, send us a message via Secure Applicant Messaging (SAM).

If you attended or are currently enrolled at an Ontario university or college, and requested your transcript through your application, you can track the status of the request in the Transcripts section of your application.

After we receive a mailed document, it may take 2-4 business days to process the document.

Do not contact us to check whether unprocessed documents were received.

I lost my OUAC Login Reference Number. Can you give it to me?

Applications:

Teacher (TEAS), Undergrad (101), Undergrad (105) Categories: Logging in

The OUAC requires your full name, address, birth date, and other relevant application information to verify your identity before providing your OUAC Reference Number. see also: Visa account sign up

You will find your OUAC reference number in the email that was sent to you when you submitted your application and in the left navigation menu of your application when you log in.

If you are a 101 applicant, your guidance counselor can also provide your OUAC Reference Number
